Default Cellular Phone Tracking

The one thing you want to be extremely cautious about when it comes to cell phone tracking applications is that there are two types of cell phone tracking methods. The first one is where you pay a monthly fee. This is totally unnecessary and a waste of money. The cell phone tracking programs that charge a monthly fee cost anywhere between $20 and $40 per month plus an upfront fee on top of that. An example of the more popular cell phone tracking systems that charge monthly fees.

I don't believe one can, unless they are in some kind of law enforcement but it you don't want to be tracked, these days they say to disable your location services and GPS in your phones settings, if possible on whatever model phone you happen to have.

it's illegal to activate a cell phone that does not have the new GPS positioning capability built in. I guess it can't be added to older phones either.
