Here's the situation:

This guy I know enjoys watching adult movies and masturbating from time to time. It's not real common, maybe once a week.

His girlfriend caught him doing it once and got real upset. She didn't like the idea of him looking at other women while choking the 'ol chicken (the masturbation part didn't upset her).

She told him that she didn't want him to do it. She took some sexy pictures of herself in the nude and wearing lingerie. She told him, "The next time you do it, use my pictures."

My friend thought this was a little weird. He told me, "Why would I masturbate to pics of her when I'm going to see her in a couple of hours?"

He agreed, however. Then she found a porn DVD next to his television and got mad at him for promising one thing and doing another.

Anybody have any advice or opinions on this subject? They usually seem happy together, but this situation has been brewing now for a month or so. It's all kind of odd, but any constructive criticism would be welcome.

I say that they both go to an adult store and pick out porn that they can both watch. It could be a fun experience they'll both enjoy and may help her open up towards the idea of porn.

Also, rather than using pictures of just his gf maybe they should make a home made video of them selves together. I've always thought of home made porn as being far more appealing than just pictures. It may give him more incentive to use the video rather than the pictures since it includes more "porn" elements, like two people, motion and penetration (should they choose to be that candid, which I highly recommend).

Personally me and the wife like watching porn together. Its a good way to get ideas and get the juices flowing.. sort to speak.

I say it's his life! It's not as if they are married. Let him use whatever he likes. Now if my husband was doing it, I would want him to let me know so I could maybe buy him one that he could use. This way I still had an input in it and it would be easier for me to understand that way. In my opinion though, it's whatever he needs to do, but if things get serious, just be open about it. What women hate are the secrets.
