Default Weight Loss

My husband is trying to lose weight. We cannot afford the lap band procedure. Any other ideas that have worked for you?

The ideas which I want to add here for weight loss are:
Daily yoga
Herbal teas
Drinking more water
Good amount of vegetables in daily meals.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein.

I'd suggest you tell him to try out a Low Carb diet . Avoid fatty and oily food and also plan out a detailed diet regime accordingly . i know many of my friends who have benefited and I've actually seen them a lot more slimmer than what they actually used to be .

I have a few medical conditions that prevent me from exercising as much as I would like and I take medication that makes me put on weight.

Firstly a balanced diet is required such that it contains the adequate amount vitamins and nutrients for our daily routines . Here are some health tips which will help in to lose weight :

Avoid eating junk and oily food ( They are not beneficial in any way )
Drink lots of water ( one has to be properly hydrated at all times )
Switch to vegetables and fruits ( healthy and good )
Exercise or do yoga regularly ( helps you to keep fit )
Take rest and sleep well ( 8-9 hours )

I also encountered many problems with this. It makes me difficult to move and I are doing weight loss regime.

Weight loss want some care of diet and health, which make it complete. Walking and running is the best exercise for it. Drink plenty of water and reduce fast foods and junk foods is necessary which make it very easy and fast.
