So this thread is not as bad as it sounds. I'm not really talking about a cake made out of sushi but here's a cool concept:



Believe or not that's a picture of an actual cake made by Charm City Cakes who turn cake baking into an art form. They have a show on the Food Network called "The Ace of Cakes" and it's quite interesting to see how they design their cakes.

That is pretty cool! I wish I had talent like that. I'm lucky to make sure my cookies get done!

Being half Japanese, I'm a sucker for sushi. I really can't think of a more delicious-looking cake. Thanks for sharing, Anthony.

I wonder if the little pieces of "sushi" are edible? Any idea what they're made of?
