DMC, one of the legendary founders of the rap group Run-DMC, is about to enter the comic business. He'll be creating a new comic through America Mule Entertainment, which is also working on another comic with Chuck D. of Public Enemy (this one featuring "socially conscious rappers adventures around the globe").

In the interview, DMC (also known as Darryl McDaniels) explained what a huge comic book fan he was while growing up. He also talked about how comics influenced the early days of hip-hop, from the over-the-top costumes to the names of rap artists.
