Classic commercials. I'm convinced that ad campaign helped raise real Penny Hardaway into an elite level he might have never exactly deserved. Could be wrong; it was a long time ago.

Does anyone remember the Michael Jordan commercial from his first retirement (1993-1994) where the gag was Jordan had returned to basketball, but had disguised himself where he could in the CBA?

I seem to remember a succession of funny shots where he had giant afros, big goofy mustaches and that kind of stuff. I tried to find it on Youtube and elsewhere, but couldn't find it. I couldn't even find his Sweet River Baines skit on Saturday Night Live.

The voice is done by Chris Rock right? I think that first Lil Penny commercial is my fav, was that tyra banks? Man I forgot how good she used to look before she started following on oprah's foot steps.

Yep, that was Tyra Banks. Little Penny was obsessed with her.

She was a total fox back in the day. I remember she used to be everywhere, especially in the pages of Sports Illustrated's annual swimsuit calendar.
