I have the "milkshake" answer.

I worked for a pretty awesome little indie radio station in college, and learned some stuff -- the origin of this song being one of them.

The guy who wrote the original "Milkshake" song was a club DJ -- the lyrics said "My deep-throat brings all the boys to the yard". Obviously, when someone decided to turn his track into a pop hit, they had to change the oral sex reference.

Kooky, but true.
