Yes it is considered cheating even is she is not bisexual. Being with someone else while you are in a committed relationship is cheating regardless how you look at it. This is also a sticky subject with me. People that are separated are still legally married and I believe, therefore, should not be with anyone but their spouse until divorced. That's just my feelings as well.
