I think the Indiana Jones picture was nominated because many viewed it as a pale copy of the great films before it (at least Raiders and Last Crusade).
I've always loved the Indiana Jones franchise, but I was certainly disappointed by the last film. Still, it wasn't so bad that it deserves a Razzie. Those little suckers should only be reserved for the worst of the worst (like Love Guru and those crappy parody films).
